WOD 09.05.17

A. 3 x
8-10 x single arm press (each side)
10 x box jumps (No rebound)
12 – 15 x v-ups

B. Every 4 min for 16 minutes (4 sets)
20/15 cal row
15 x slam balls 13/7kg
10 x burpees

After finishing your burpees rest till end of 4th minute, then you start new round. Record your times for each round
