1st 1:30 5 x strict press
2nd 1:30 10 x front squats

Build to heavy 5 reps for the day. Use same weight for front squats

B. Teams of 2
10 rounds each
5 x  strict pull ups
5 x push press same weight as your heaviest strict press
10 x box jumps overs 24/20″

Complete full round before switching with your partner.

C. 3 x for quality
12 x dumbbell rows alternating arms from plank position
Rest as needed
