In 15 min work up to heavy 5 reps for the day

B. Teams of 2 complete 5 rounds each or 1 round every 2 min for 10 min.
5 x shoulder to overhead
10 x burpees over the bar

C. 3 x for quality
8-10 x ring rows tough
25 x  banded hamstring curls
