6 x deadlifts
45 sec rest
6-8 x single arm press

B. 6 min amrap
10 x front squats
20 x du (50 singles)

C. 5 rounds each
Alternate with partner
40 metres farmers WALK (heavy) + 5 slam balls (explosive)
