Work on barbell ground to overhead

B. 15 min emom
1st 5 x barbell  Gtoh
2nd 10 x pull ups *
2nd 15 x box jump overs

* scale the pull ups to a number which is achievable in 40 seconds
(if you can’t do pull ups perform 5 negative with 3 seconds on a way down or 10 tough ring rows
