B. 18 min amrap partner workout
18 wall balls
18 burpees
18 cal row
Partners alternate stations. Partner 1 does the wall balls, partner 2 does the burpees and so on.

This workout was requested by Megan for her 18th birthday…. Happy birthday Megan 😁😉💪
