A. 30 min emom
1st 5-8 x ring dips
2nd 10-15 x leg raises
3rd 3-5 x rope climbs
4th 40 sec du
5th 5-8 x oh squats

If unable to do ring dips you can perform 10 x box dips.
Build the weight on the overhead squats across the sets.
