20m farmers walking lunges
10m dumbbell crawl

This workout isn’t for time, focus on quality of the movement.
On the overhead carry keep your biceps next to your ears.

B. 15 minutes bike
Teams of 2 swapping every 1:30 (5 sets each)
Your score will be the total calories.
