* arm pits facing forward
* elbows facing down
* lats engaged
* look forward not down

B. Every 3 min for 15 minutes start a new round of:
30 Dus (45 sec practicing or 60 singles)
20 x Dumbbell snatch
10 x t2b ( knee raises)

C. 2 rounds
15 sec Lateral raises
15 sec hold
15 sec sec Lateral raise
15 sec hold

1min rest
