2nd 20 sec wall sit + 10 x jumping lunges

B. 10 min emom
1st 20 – 30 sec support ring hold (scale to box hold)
2nd 15 x kb swings (heavy kettlebell)

C. 10 min emom
1st 2-3 x wall walks
2nd 6 x Med ball side toss each side
