1st 5-8 x strict pull ups with 3 sec pause at the top
2nd 8 x single leg deadlifts each side

B. 16min Emom
1st 30 sec Handstand hold
2nd 40 sec farmers carry
3rd 5 x D-ball over shoulder
4th 10-12 x Med ball hamstring curls

C. 2 rounds
Lateral raises + hold
