10 sec pull up hold *
10 sec rest
10 sec L-sit hold
10 sec rest
10 x box jumps (15 x kb swings)

*if unable to hold top of pull up hold bottom of press up.

B. 5 rounds for max reps
1min dumbbell ground to overhead
1min weighted box step ups
1min burpees over dumbbell
1min rest
