Morning Team the weather is not great this morning so will leave this workout for next weekend and will revisit workout from few weeks ago. Give your partner shout and see if you can beat your score.

In pairs complete for total reps. One person works at the time.

Sit ups
10:00 – 15:00
Kb swings
15:00 – 20:00
Burpees
20:00 – 25:00
Kb swings
25:00 – 30:00
Sit ups
30:00 – 35:00
Thrusters

If you dont have a partner do 30 sec work 30 sec rest and work thru the movements.
