1 min dumbbell thrusters
1 min dumbbell renegade rows
1 min dumbbell reverse lunges
1 min dumbbell snatch
1 min burpees over dumbbell
1 min rest

Record total amount of reps after each round.

B. 3-5 rounds
10 sec hollow hold
10 x v-ups
10 x v-sits
10 sec hollow hold

Have fun last workout at home. Back at the gym on Monday whoop whoop.
