2nd 20-30 sec handstand hold
3rd 30-50 du (45 sec practice)
4th 20-30 sec chin over bar hold
5th 10-14/6-10 x cal row
6th 20-30 sec ring/box support hold

Goal is to work around 60-70% effort.
